St. Louis, MO - Bill Chott’s Improv Trick premiered a new show this Saturday with Bill Chott’s Comedy Cabaret at the Gaslight Theater .  This is a historic tie-in because modern improv in it’s early decades was performed at Gaslight Square in the early days of the Compass Theater which later evolved into The Second City.  Their regular Tuesday show The Harold Night and Longform Jam was reviewed this week in St. Louis by KDHX 88.1 FM.

KDHX critic Sheila Schultz said:

“…hilarious sketches…”

“…The results were a scream, especially the musical.”

“One improv included audience volunteers. The audience response was especially favorable.  I admit it was a blast to see my guest strut her stuff. …leaving us wanting more.”

“I found the Improv Trick filled with talent…”

  • Dear Bill,

My son seems to think I’m “nosey” and “not very cool” because I don’t want him to be on the computer when I’m not around. What are your thoughts?

    Signed,
    Worried in Washington.

  • Dear Worried,

You are nosey and not very cool. I’d suggest to make it up to your son that you give him a credit card with an unlimited line of credit and tell him to go “hog wild”.

    Sincerely,
    Yer Ole Great Unca’ Bill
